Almonds and cashews have been in Indian kitchens forever — in halwa, in kheer, in mithai, pressed into the palm of every child at Diwali. There is nothing exotic or engineered about them. They are nuts. We put them in chocolate. That is the entire story.

What makes GOOFOO Badam different from every other "nut chocolate" on the shelf is what we didn't add. No glucose syrup to bind. No flavour enhancers to make the nuts taste more nutty. No palm oil to keep the texture smooth. Just cocoa, dates, milk powder, cashews, almonds, and cocoa butter. Six ingredients that could each individually sit on your kitchen shelf without a safety warning.

The result is a chocolate bar with real texture — you bite through creamy milk chocolate and then hit cashew and almond. The sweetness is from dates, which means it's gentler, less of a spike, and it carries the nutty flavour better than refined sugar does.
