Peanut Chocolate

Five ingredients. One of them is a peanut. The others you already know.

Cocoa mass. Dates. Whole milk powder. Roasted peanuts. Cocoa butter.

We added one thing to our Classic bar. A peanut. Not peanut flavouring, not peanut extract, not a "peanut-derived compound." An actual roasted peanut — the same one you'd pick up at a cricket match, at a roadside stall, or eat straight out of the bag. Crunchy. Savoury. Honest.

Here's the thing about peanut chocolate: done right, it's one of the most satisfying combinations in food. The fat in the peanut amplifies the cocoa. The crunch creates contrast against the smooth chocolate. The slight saltiness makes the sweetness from the dates taste more intense, not less.

Most brands add peanuts and then bury them in a list of 22 ingredients you need a lab coat to interpret. We added peanuts and ended up with five ingredients. If you're keeping count: that's one ingredient more than our Classic bar, zero compromises on what matters.
